What we built
A back end that pulls more than 7,000 guns into the website straight from their supplier, with AI that recognizes items from a photo or fills them in from a partial description, cutting manual item entry by about 70%. AI also pulls the manufacturer's mower lineup onto the site. Around it: a custom inventory system, a custom e-marketing tool, visit booking, distributor ordering, and a catalog where every item is its own page search engines can find.
Each available item gets its own ready-to-read page with structured data, and the site refreshes those pages on its own so new stock gets indexed. Shoppers still see new items instantly through a live catalog feed.
Staff photograph an item, or type a partial description like "Glock 19 Gen5", and AI identifies it, fills in the item form and researches specs and retail price. Staff review every field before it publishes. AI cut manual item entry by about 70%.
AI reads the manufacturer's current mower lineup, with specs and official images, so staff start a listing from the real model instead of typing it in.
The distributor's catalog, more than 7,000 guns, syncs automatically into the website as a browse-only catalog with the shop's own pricing rules. Staff quote, place and track distributor orders, invoices and credits from the back office.
Customers book a half-hour time to buy a firearm within store hours, up to 30 days out. Staff see it on the back-office calendar, and branded confirmation and reminder emails go out automatically.
A built-in email marketing tool sends a monthly flyer personalized to each subscriber's interests, and the inventory system tracks every item from intake to sale. The owner gets a daily inventory and lead report, and first-party analytics feed an in-app dashboard.
What customers see, and what the team signs in to every morning. Forms on the site land straight in the back office.
