Who builds it

American company. American team.

Our whole team works in the U.S. The people who design your system build it and support it. No offshore handoffs. You talk to the people doing the work.

  • 100% U.S.-based team

Everyone who designs, builds and supports your system, or touches your data, works in the U.S. No offshore subcontractors.

  • Veteran-owned

A veteran-owned company since 2019, run with the discipline and accountability that come with it.

  • Your data is stored in U.S. data centers

In a cloud account in your name, with role-based access, audit logs and security rules enforced on the server.

  • Custom-built, and it evolves

A code base written for your specific needs, not a template. As your business grows, we add to it.

  • Real people who answer

A real person replies within one business day, and your proposal arrives within three business days of our discovery call.

More than a website

Websites that run the business

Your website is the front door. Behind it we build the back office your team works in. Here's what that looks like in businesses we've built for.

  • Live

    Bookings that run themselves

Drivers book and pay online, get their gate code on screen the moment payment clears, and are checked out automatically. The office just watches the lot fill.

Built for Big Rig Rest Stop
  • Live

7,000+ guns pulled in from the supplier

The distributor's catalog flows into the website automatically, with stock kept current. Staff quote and place orders from the back office, then track them and log what arrives.

Built for Frog's Pawn & Gun
  • Live

    Construction project management

Win a lead and it becomes a project in one click. RFIs and change orders number themselves, insurance expirations are flagged, and contract, committed and retainage roll up.

    Built for Clear Creek Developments
  • Live

    Estimates customers accept online

Branded estimates go out by email; the customer accepts or declines from a link and the estimator is notified. Each employee sends from their own work mailbox.

    Built for Brady's Glass
  • Live

Reports in your inbox at 7 a.m.

Daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports built from online payments and the office cash drawer, with transactions, sales tax and payouts attached as spreadsheets.

Built for Big Rig Rest Stop
  • Live

    A custom e-marketing tool

A monthly sale flyer personalized to each subscriber's interests goes out on the 1st, and the owner gets a 6 p.m. report with sales, arrivals and a full inventory file.

Built for Frog's Pawn & Gun
  • Built, launching

    Hiring to onboarding to HR

A CRM that follows up for you

Every inquiry is de-duplicated, scored and assigned a reach-out task, with an instant alert to the owner and a reply to the visitor. Email campaigns go out on schedule.

    Built for Brittany McConnell, REALTOR®
  • Live

A custom CMS the owner runs

We built Redneck Doors their own content manager. The owner edits the words and photos on every page with the real page updating alongside, saves drafts, publishes, and can roll back any change from version history.

Halvorsen & Pike Builders

A contractor website that feeds a full project-management back office.

AI you can try

  • Ask the plans: answers from the specs with section citations
  • AI plan takeoff: proposes quantities on the drawings for an estimator to accept, then checks the estimate for scope gaps
  • Daily-log summarizer for owner updates
  • People & HR drafts from the system's own facts: cert-gap training plan, review draft, toolbox talk, write-up, job posting, applicant fit, and a card reader in the crew phone app (each answer is marked live AI or offline sample; people approve every one)
  • Pay app AI: drafts this period's G703 from the schedule, sub billing and daily logs for a PM to accept line by line, a pre-submission check, the cover email, payment reminders, and readers for pasted sub pay apps and lien waivers (rules re-check every read)

AI, done smartly

AI that assists your people, not replaces them

We put AI inside the software your team already works in. It reads, researches and drafts the tedious parts so your people can do the work only they can do. Three examples from real builds:

For counter and inventory staff

Item details from a photo or a few words

Result: About 70% less manual item entry, with 7,000+ supplier guns and the full mower lineup pulled in automatically.

  1. Snap a photo

AI fills in the title, category, brand, model, condition, specs, sales copy and a realistic used price, and leaves fields blank rather than guess.

  2. Or type the item

It runs a live web search for the exact product, its specs, today's retail price and what it sells for used, then drafts the listing.

  3. Staff finish it

Only empty fields get filled, every field stays editable, and the shop's pricing rule sets the price before anyone hits publish.

Staff review every listing, and nothing publishes without them.

The same approach works for any trade: a garage-door technician asking a manufacturer manual by voice, an office drafting a quote, an owner reading a plain-English summary of the week. See how we use AI

APIs & integrations

Connected to the tools you already use

We work with most APIs, so your system talks to payment processors, email, suppliers, Google, social channels and AI. Information moves on its own instead of being retyped.

  • Usage billing & prepaid credits

Metered plans, prepaid credits and automatic top-ups.

How it works

The Mission Method

Recon. Blueprint. Build. Cutover. Sustain. Five phases, run the same way on every build. You see your own system working before we build it, and every week after.

  1. PHASE 1

    Recon

    Video discovery call

Thirty minutes on how your business runs today: where leads come from, where work gets dropped, and which tools you pay for.

  2. PHASE 2

    Blueprint

    The Clickable Blueprint

A working preview of your own back office that you click through, with a fixed-price proposal, before we write a line of production code.

    Our signature step

  3. PHASE 3

    Build

    Weekly preview links

You click through the real thing on a private link every week and steer it as it grows. Approve on your schedule.

  4. PHASE 4

    Cutover

    Launch & switch over

We move your content and customer lists, redirect old URLs so you keep your rankings, run alongside your old tools, and train your team.

  5. PHASE 5

    Sustain

    Run & grow

Hosting, updates, support and a monthly change budget, so your system keeps up as the business changes.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask us first

Something else on your mind? Send us a note. A real person on our U.S.-based team replies within one business day.

How we protect your business
Am I going to be locked into a contract I can't get out of?

Your software never locks you in. The code, the data and the cloud accounts are in your name from day one, and there are no exit fees. Your terms are written in plain English in your proposal, so you can read every one before you sign. You own everything either way.

If we part ways, or you go out of business, what happens to my website?

It keeps running, and it stays yours. The code lives in your own GitHub account, and the hosting and data live in your own Google Cloud account, from day one. It's built on mainstream, widely used technology, so any qualified developer can pick it up. No exit fees. While we work together, a real person replies within one business day.

Is my customers' information safe? What if we get hacked?

Your system is built to limit what any one login can do. Each person gets a role and sees only what that role allows. Security rules are enforced on the server, not just in the browser. Audit logs record who changed what. Your care plan covers hosting, security updates, backups and monitoring.

Who's actually doing the work? Is it sent overseas? Where is my data stored?

Our whole team works in the U.S. Everyone who designs, builds or supports your system, or touches your data, is here. We don't use offshore subcontractors. Your data is stored in U.S. data centers, in a cloud account in your name.

Will the AI tell my customers something wrong? Does it train on my data?

The AI does specific jobs: drafting an estimate, answering a question from your plans or manuals, writing a product listing, drafting a follow-up. A person on your team reviews and approves before anything important goes out. The AI providers we use don't train on business API data, and your documents stay in your own cloud account. Try it in our live demos first.

My crew isn't tech people. Will they actually use it?

It's built around how your team already works, not the other way around. Each person sees only the screens their job needs. You click through it every week while we build, so nothing is a surprise at launch. We train your team, and run alongside your old tools until the new system is proven.

What's this going to cost me?

Every business runs differently, so we quote yours after a free 30-minute call. You get a fixed-price proposal within three business days of that call. There are no per-seat fees, so hiring doesn't raise your bill. Bigger new features later are quoted up front. Want a baseline first? Our calculator shows what your current software costs you.

How long does it take?

A website plus a starter back office takes about three to five weeks. Growth builds take six to ten weeks. Platform builds are scoped in phases, with something live in the first month. You get a schedule before you sign.

Will I lose my Google rankings when you redo the site?

We move your content and set up permanent redirects from every old address, so the rankings you've earned carry over. We spent years running ads and SEO for small businesses, so getting found is built in from the start.

Do I have to replace everything at once?

No. We usually start with the tool that costs the most or slows you down the most, run it alongside what you have, and switch once it's proven. Cheap tools that work well, like QuickBooks or Google Workspace, stay and connect to your system.

Let's map out your system.

Thirty minutes on video, no slides. Tell us how your business runs and which tools you pay for. We'll show you what we'd build, and you'll get a fixed-price proposal within three business days of the call.
