What we built
Online booking with secure checkout and monthly subscriptions, instant gate codes, and a customer portal. The office gets live occupancy, charge-on-file, refunds, gate codes that manage themselves, and scheduled revenue reports.
A five-step booking wizard runs into secure online checkout, by card or phone wallet. The gate code shows on screen and arrives by email as soon as payment clears.
Gate codes are issued the moment payment clears and returned automatically at check-out.
A trucking company can pick how many spaces it needs and pay one auto-renewing subscription. It gets a gate code for every space.
Staff can see revenue, MRR and who is on the lot. From there they can charge a saved card, send payment links, issue refunds and take phone bookings.
Daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports can arrive by email, with transactions, sales-tax and payout CSVs attached and a snapshot of who is on the lot, leaving or overdue.
What customers see, and what the team signs in to every morning. Forms on the site land straight in the back office.

Each job below is something a business like this usually rents software for. Here it all lives in one system they own, with one login and no per-seat bills.

One monthly subscription covering several spaces, plus sign-in to see gate codes, extend a stay, stop renewal, manage billing, and view receipts

A gate code is issued the moment payment clears and emailed to the driver, and staff manage codes from the back office

Dashboard with revenue, MRR and who is on the lot, a live occupancy map, phone and walk-in bookings (card or cash), charge the card on file, emailed payment links, refunds, customer records with lifetime value, automatic check-out when a stay ends, and staff email alerts
Instead of
Revenue, MRR, sales-tax split and payouts for any date range, CSV exports, and daily, weekly and monthly reports emailed each morning with that morning's on-lot, leaving and overdue snapshot

Products named are what businesses typically buy for each job (researched October 2026). We don't claim a dollar figure for anyone else's business: price out your own.
Price out your stackAI in this build
No AI ships in this build yet. Proposed next: 24/7 driver help & plain-English reports. Each item below is labeled as a proposal, not a feature.
24/7 driver questions and booking help
Proposed, not built yetThe old way
The lot runs around the clock with no one at a desk, so a driver who calls or messages at 2 AM about rates, open space, directions, or a gate code that will not work gets voicemail or waits for the owner to wake up.
What we'd build
An assistant on the site answers from the lot's real rates, policies and availability, walks the driver into the booking wizard, and for a gate-code problem looks up the driver's active booking and resends the code email. Anything it cannot settle, such as a refund or a dispute, goes to staff as an alert for a person to handle.
An honest proposal: this isn't in the build today. It's what we'd fit to this business next.
