What we built
A finished rebuild, launching soon, that positions Lupi against national contractors, with a video hero, market and service pages, a filterable portfolio and careers with Google for Jobs. Behind it, an operations portal: projects, RFIs, submittals and change orders; bids and trade-partner prequalification; hiring through onboarding; HR and safety; and an AI plan reader that drafts takeoffs from bid sets. lupiconstruction.com still serves their old site until launch.
The same build runs both the public marketing site and the internal staff portal. The portal covers project management, business development, hiring, HR and safety.
The Plan Takeoffs module uses AI to read bid sets (drawings, project manual, geotech report, addenda). It returns a scope inventory, a materials list and a cost roll-up priced against the company's own cost book. Every line cites the sheet and wording it came from, and the reader is built never to invent a measured quantity.
Built-in screens cover incidents, the OSHA log, toolbox talks, inspections, job hazard analyses and permits. Hiring runs from job postings through applicants, interviews, offer letters and onboarding, so all of it lives in one place instead of on paper and in spreadsheets.
Everyone, from the office to the field crews to outside vendors, sees only the parts of the portal their role needs.
There are separate landing pages for 9 sectors and 6 services. Job postings are marked up to appear in Google's job search, and three lead forms (request a bid, contact, trade-partner prequalification) feed the back office.
What customers see, and what the team signs in to every morning. Forms on the site land straight in the back office.

Reading the bid set into a scope and material list
Built, launching with the new siteThe old way
An estimator pages through the drawings, project manual, geotech report and addenda, copying footing schedules, slab and mix callouts, rebar and compaction requirements into a spreadsheet by hand.
With Decrypted Tech
The estimator uploads the set and AI drafts a scope inventory and material list. Every line quotes the sheet and wording it came from, the quote is checked against the PDF's text, and a click opens that page. The arithmetic is re-run in code, and anything that has to be measured is flagged for manual takeoff, never guessed. The estimator reviews each line before it is priced against the cost book.
