What we built
A fast marketing and lead-generation site with an analytics dashboard, plus a construction back office: leads and bid invitations, a CRM with insurance and W-9 compliance tracking, and per-project management covering schedule, CSI-coded budgets, subcontracts with retainage and lien waivers, change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch lists and inspections.
Signed-in staff get a dashboard, lead and bid pipelines, a CRM for clients, subs, vendors and design team with COI/W-9 expiration alerts, and a project module per job. That module covers schedule, budget by CSI cost code, subcontracts with retainage and lien waivers, change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch list, documents and inspections.
A lead marked won converts straight into a project record, which rolls up contract, committed and actual cost on its overview.
Admins invite teammates by email and choose what each role can see, with no developer involved.
Public forms check each submission, save it to the back office and email the right people right away.
Every page has click-to-call and consultation calls to action, a sticky call bar on mobile, a dedicated bid-invitation intake for owners and architects, and site analytics that count form leads and phone taps.
What customers see, and what the team signs in to every morning. Forms on the site land straight in the back office.

Each job below is something a business like this usually rents software for. Here it all lives in one system they own, with one login and no per-seat bills.

Price out your stackAI in this build
No AI ships in this build yet. Proposed next: Lead replies & daily logs from field notes. Each item below is labeled as a proposal, not a feature.
Lead replies and follow-ups
Proposed, not built yetThe old way
A quote request lands in the inbox; someone reads it when they get a minute, types a reply from scratch, and has to remember to follow up if the prospect goes quiet.
What we'd build
The lead record would come with a drafted first reply that uses the project type, timeline and budget the prospect entered, plus a suggested follow-up when the lead sits in 'contacted' too long. Someone on staff edits it and hits send.
An honest proposal: this isn't in the build today. It's what we'd fit to this business next.
