What's inside
Inside Ask Audrey
A subscription SaaS we built, launched and run ourselves: company accounts with team seats and free trials billed through Stripe, an admin console tracking recurring revenue and profit per account, and an affiliate program. Inside, Claude is grounded in an indexed library of manuals, with a “Hey Audrey” wake word, photo upload with OCR, technician calculators, a company directory and a supplier marketplace. Ships to Android.
Answers come from the shop's own manuals, with a citation
Techs ask in chat, by voice or with a photo. Claude answers from the shop's indexed PDF manual library and links to the page it used. Scanned manuals go through Claude Vision OCR automatically.
A full SaaS business, not just a chatbot
Stripe subscriptions, add-ons and a billing portal, multi-user workspaces with invites, and an affiliate program with payouts all run in the same app.
An owner's back office
15 admin screens cover accounts, usage, per-plan profitability, payments, leads, meetings and bug reports, so the owner can run the business without a separate tool.
Free tools and a directory that bring in traffic
12 free calculators, 20 blog posts and an FAQ are prerendered to static HTML so search engines and AI crawlers can read them. A public 'Find a Pro' directory adds paid listings as a second source of revenue.
